Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Moda Global Styling Network LLC ("Moda," "we," "us") operates modagsn.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: quiz answers, sizing, body/face shape selections, lifestyle answers, and — if you choose to upload them — photos of your body, face, or style references. Photos are only sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your report and are not stored by us afterward.

Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Contact information: your email, if you join the 1:1 session waitlist (via Mailchimp) or contact us directly.

Automatically collected information: basic usage data (pages visited, general location by IP, browser type) for site functionality and security.

How We Use Information

  • To generate your personalized style report
  • To process payment for reports and consultations
  • To notify you about the 1:1 session when it launches (if you joined the waitlist)
  • To maintain and improve the site's functionality and security

Third Parties We Share Data With

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — generates your report from your quiz answers and photos
  • Mailchimp — waitlist email management, if you sign up
  • Affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Awin) — if you click a product link in your report, that retailer's own tracking applies once you leave our site

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Choices

You can decline to upload photos (a body/face shape selection works as an alternative). You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time via the link in any email we send. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion — contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site and payment flow to function. See our cookie banner for more detail and choices.
